Great update on the Fabulous Food Show, Carlton! That's some solid progress for SC19.

The Local Food Task Force from the summit just completed three days of exhibiting at the Fabulous Food Show. This included the debut of Growhio and its new logo printed on brochures, embroidered tote bags and t-shirts donated by Consolidated Graphics Group. The double display booth was a popular stop with thousands of visitors and featured fresh local organic greens for sale by ClearLake Farms & The Hitchcock Center for Women, video presentations of the film Polycultures, and information on the The Greenhouse Project, Gardens Under Glass, We Dig the City, Local Food Slide Show, as well as, other local food projects. To call it a success is an understatement.

What a fantastic weekend for Local Food in Cleveland. Thousands of interested people from Northeast Ohio, Southern Ohio, Michigan, and Pennsylvania got a great view of what Local Food means to Cleveland. Connecting people and businesses interested in Local Foods, from farm to fork, was the key to the success of this great weekend.

Thanks go out to Wally Lanci, Diane Morgan, Todd Alexander, Mike & Veronica Walton, Gwen Forte, Sudhir Raghupathy and Carlton Jackson for pulling it all together for a great show, but special thanks go out to Jeremy Levine for making it all possible.

After starting Cleveland's Downtown Market this Fall, I would love to send some flyers from my market at CSU in promoting for the spring opening of our sustainable market. Can I send it in a PDF form somewhere?
Thank you,
Erin Huber

As announced on Monday at the E4S event, we have graciously been given a booth at the Fabulous Food Show, November 13-15.

If you would like to participate in helping out at the booth, please let us know.

If you have any local food related brochures or information you would like to make available for the event, please let me know so we can make arrangements to get them.

We're dual premiering PolyCultures v1.2 tomorrow (Friday) - the CSU screening will feature a panel discussion on how social media can be applied to local food and sustainability in the broader sense - hope to see you there!

Hello, all! I missed the summit but would like to participate in the on-going conversation. Currently am working with the Cleveland Greenhouse Project to establish year-round vegetable and fish sources. I'll read all your posts and catch up.

Thanks, Jody! I should've figured that Bobbi Reichtell would have it covered.
